This skiing resort is near the well known monastery of Núria (alt. 1950m). It has only ten slopes, so you don't have to be there very long to know all the slopes. It's not a very cold place, so sometimes at the end of the season there isn't any snow. The forfait costs 29 euros.

Vallter 2000
This skiing resort is very small (it has 12 slopes) and very comfortable. You can go there with your family, because it has easy slopes for beginners and hard slopes for experts. There are a lot of skilifts in comparison with the number of slopes. The forfait costs 32 euros.

Boí Taüll Resort
This resort is very famous because of its quality of snow, slopes and skilifts. It's in the same zone as Baqueira Beret but it "only" has 49 ski slopes (Baqueira has 71). It's not very good comunicated with big cities or towns because is in the far valley of Boí. The place is very wet (is the place with more snow in the Pyrenees) so in the winter it usually has more than two metres of snow. The prize of the forfait is 36 euros.

Granpallars (Port Ainé, Espot Esquí and Tavascan)
This skiing resorts are unknown by a lot of people because they are very far from Barcelona, but the ski slopes are very interesting, and there is a lot of snow in the winter. There are three skiing resorts: Port Ainé (for people who are looking for good views, outside ski and great experiencies), Espot Esquí (for people who like skiing in hard slopes. There are some competitions here and there are a lot of ski lessons) and finally Tavascan (which only has seven ski slopes, but with no people and a lot of snow). The forfait is for the three resorts and the prize is 37 euros. We really recomend this ski resort because it's where we normally go in the winter.

ALP 2500 (La Molina and La Masella)
This two skiing resorts are probably the most famous in the catalan Pyrenees.
If you want to have a very good time with your family or with some friends, you can go to La Molina (it has easier ski slopes and very good comunications). If you have a very good level and you like hard ski slopes (in the pine forest or in the top of the mountain) you can go to La Masella, which is bigger.
If you want to go to the two skiing resorts, you can take the ALP 2500 forfait, which is a little bit more expensive.
